Synopsis/Review: Journey 2: The Mysterious Island

In the beginning of the movie, Sean (Josh Hutcherson) was chased by the cops, and got arrested. Why? It's because he accessed the government satellite. A young kid accessed a satellite? What for? That's because Sean received a signal from his grandfather, Alexander (Michael Caine) who was on his journey to find the mysterious island, so he needed the satellite to boost the power of his signal receiver :)

His mom's boyfriend, Hank (Dwayne Johnson), who at first didn't believe that the signal came from his grandfather, finally helped Sean in deciphering the code from his grandfather, and realized that The Mysterious Island existed. Sean then decided to help Hank to find his grandfather, hoping to fix the relationship with Sean.

On their way to the mysterious island, they were being helped with Gabato (Luis Guzman) and Kailani (Vanessa Hudgens) who flew them to the coordinate of the mysterious island. The coordinate which many people thought was really dangerous, and Gabato and Kailani believed that there's no island there; but then they agreed to flew Sean and Hank there.

I watched the movie in 3D version, which was the right decision! Love the 3D, love the pictures, and love the effect. If you compare it with the previous series of this movie (Journey to The Center of The Earth), this sequel is more drama, less adventure; but hey, I like this one better than the first one. Perhaps that's because the effect is much more better. And also it's really funny, especially Dwayne Johnson. There's one part that he's so funny, until I laughing out loud! :D

I really enjoy this movie, if you haven't watched it, try to watch in 3D version ;)
